Life Fitness Hair Skin & Nails?

http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/de...

Has anyone ever tried this? I just got a crappy haircut, and I want my hair to grow back a little faster (any amount faster is a plus), so I thought that I would start taking a vitamin to help along.

I also have a thinning hair problem (I'm 17 and male), and who knows, I might try something that could help.

I was planning on going to GNC to buy Nourishair, but then I found this at CVS. It's cheaper, and it seems to have more of almost everything (including 1,800 more mg of bioton), but am I missing something?

I don't want to buy a crappy product, and if it means paying more for Nourishair, I will. See any problems or have any other product reccomendations? How about Vitol Great Hair?

Thanks a lot!

If you want your hair to grow faster and be healthier i would try using Biotin. I had a stylist recommend it to me, and it really does help it alot. I would buy vitamins from GNC because they monitor what goes into their products while other places like Wal-Mart and CVS and Walgreens don't. I would recommend taking about 2500 mcg a day to start out, i take about 5000mcg a day but i've used them for a year now. It will take about a month to get threw your system same as anything else but you may start to notice a difference sooner. Good Luck!

I have really thin hair..anyway to make it thinnen up?

Its not falling out really its alwayz been really thin..how do i get thick hair?

You can have fast growing long and thick hair, but you have to attack your hair growth on the inside and the outside. If you want to stimulate your hair growth then you need a good hair growth plan of attack that has three necessary components: a healthy eating plan, substantial water intake, and a high quality hair growth and hair care product. Also, I suggest you purchase an all-natural hair growth product. Unnatural hair growth or thickening products can having severe side effects not only to your hair, but also to your body. The best natural hair growth product on the market is Beauty 4 Ashes A Double Portion Super hair growth shampoo and conditioner. They are loaded with powerful essential oils, natural herbs, and vitamin rich nutrients your hair needs to survive. Also, they contain Aloe Vera, Citrus Fruits, Jojoba, Rosemary, and Sage. It has worked miracles for my clients who have older and thinner hair. Although, I don't know your age I am sure that it will work well for you also. Beauty 4 Ashes hair growth products are very impressive and some of my clients experience several inches of growth in 5 months. You can find it easily at www.discoverb4a.com.

Uh, you mean 'thicken'?

There are some shampoos and conditioners that claim to 'volumize' your hair.

Chances are, most of them are full of sh**.

You should probably just learn to deal with it. I hate my hair too, but fortunately I'm a dude, and I can just shave the stupid crap off every once in a while.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and dry well. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

Sunsilk volumizing shampoo is great, so you could try that.

In addition, a volumizing mousse (Sunsilk, Herbal Essences, etc.) can help. Instead of applying it all through your hair, try sectioning parts of your hair and rubbing the mousse into the roots. Then, flip your head over upside down and blow dry. If you do this at night instead of the day, do it before bed and use a plastic claw-clip to clip up the top section of your hair while you sleep (put it on the TOP of you head, not the back).

If you need to reactivate your product in the evening because your hair went flat during the day, try rubbing some water into the roots where the mousse was, and then blow-drying a little more.

Is a short haircut better for thin hair?

I'm a fifteen-year-old girl with thin hair, and I'm getting a haircut tomorrow. I've been told that short hair is better for thin hair to make it thicker, but I don't know if a) short hair looks good and b) what measures should be taken to make sure I don't look like a boy?

Is a short haircut better for thin hair?

short hairstyles are best for thin or fine hair, make sure you get lots of layers, to give your hair more height and volume., perhaps shorter at the back and angling longer in the front

Is a short haircut better for thin hair?

Hi no a bob is good for thin hair as it make hair look thicker, but going to short and with layers just makes the hair thinner as layers are for thick hair to thin it out a little, my mum has thin hair and she was always told a bob is the only stlye to make hair look and feel thicker, especially if you turn it under too. You wont look like a boy but the style might no be in at the moment,

About shoulder length thin hair would look rad.

Have it layered.

It will be easier to make thicker and will be more manageble.

Loads of celebrities are getting short hair cuts:

Victoria Beckham

Katie Holmes

Rihanna

Kylie Minogue

Kiera Knightly

And You don't see them looking at all like boys. The only way that you could make short hair look like a boys is if your tried to.

How do you get THINNER hair?

Go back to a hair salon and ask they to get your hair thinned.

Tell them how thin you want it.

How do you get THINNER hair?

There are products by RUSK that help thin out your hair. It's not a permanent thinning process, but the hair lotion is what I swear by.

Try contacted salons in your area to see if they carry Rusk.

How do you get THINNER hair?

Layering works definitely. Also use a flat iron, and buy "no frizz" products like from TreSemme. A heat protector spray, no frizz cream, and mouse should do the trick. Put the heat protector in before straightening or blow drying, then the mousse right before placing the iron on your hair. Then put the no frizz cream all over your head.

How do you get THINNER hair?

You need very choppy layers added thinning out will not do anything you need the big choppy layers %26amp; the layers should be thinned with a razor

How do you get THINNER hair?

I think you need to find another salon. Explain thoroughly what you're trying to achieve...good luck!

PS..I'm one of those people that envy you! lol

How do you get THINNER hair?

My hair is thin. I wish I had it like yours. We need to love ourselves and accept who we are!

I will not trust to much the salons. They might damage your hair with too much stuff!

How do you get THINNER hair?

I don't think I would feel comfortable thinning out my hair on my own. I would highly suggest going to another hair dresser or beauty/hair salon and ask them! Imo, because I would hate to see you do something to your hair and all your hair falls out or something crazy. You should consider of talking to an hairstylist, seriously. Also, find other ways to style your hair possibly look into trying different hair styles and products to tone down the look if you don't want it to look thick or poofy. I'm sure there is ways to work with thick hair other than putting excessive heat on it. Just talk to an hairsylist. Continue to search on here possibly on ways to help thick hair. You should look up topics on it! Maybe there is a shampoo or an hair product to put on your hair without putting heat on your hair especially!

How do you get THINNER hair?

keep having it thin it out and also get it layered (chopping layers are fun ^_^ and cute).. and if you want straight hair, if your ain't already use a straighter (not from a drug-store.. but like Sally beauty Supplys or some place like that) and it makes feel so much lighter...

I work outdoors in Arizona and sweat heavily all day and my hair seems to be thinning is sweating th

I've lived in Arizona all my life, and I've never heard of anybody losing hair because of sweating...but then again, dogs do shed in the summer time...

On the other hand, I think stress can lead to thinning hair.

And sun exposure can affect the skin of your scalp, which could affect your hair, I suppose.

Be sure to protect your skin with sunblock and a hat...skin cancer rates are pretty high in Arizona.

Hope you don't lose any more hair, but if you do at least you'll be cooler!
