dangit. well i am 18 years old male, i am 5'3 and like 108 pounds.. im not the biggest or greatest looking guy in the world... but in the last 6 months ive noticed my hair FALLING OUT and THINNING and RECEEDING..man i always switched shampoos since 6 months ago because i thought it was that..well i even bought nioxin like.... 2 1/2 months ago for the thinning hair.. well i thought it was doing something but its really not.. my hair still looks like its flaling out.. i have to like play with it with my hands so i dont see my scalp in the mirror.. guys.. do you have any suggestions.. i went to my dermatologist and she said its not falling out and that i should seek psychiatric help.. she brought another guy and said my hairs strong and no signs of hair loss yet.. same with my mom.. wtf am i delerious i dont think so man, i know my hair is falling out and i just dont know what to do.. i have black wavy hair once was thick.. and well.. i dont wanna buy nioxin again u guys recommend somethi

Same prollem with me i thought it was but its just me worrying too much also if youre still too worried get more iron in your diet. Iron makes hemogloben and that basiclly carries energy to your body and it takes alot of energy to grow hair! Zinc seems to work too
