I am $10 dollars away from having enough money saved to get a spiral perm. But my sis keeps saying that afer your perm comes out your hair will thin out. (she knows this because, her hair thinned out after her perm fell out)

it really depends on your hair type. People who originally have very thick hair hair's wont thin out after a perm but if you already have thin hair then it will.
