How can i make my hair thin??

I have really thick hair and i've had it thinned out a couple of times before but the hairdresser never thins it out enough! I say i want it thinned to about half the thickness but they never do it!! lol. Is there any other way i can make my hair thin? I'll try ANYTHING!! What can make my hair fall out?? Please help me!!!

I too have asked this very same question many times. I agree with you. You go to get your hair thinned by a hairdresser, but they never do it EXACTLY how you want it. I suggest that you buy your own pair of thinning scissors and do it yourself:

My hair was just like yours, so I purchased both thinning shears and cutting shears for about 鎷?.99. Its really easy once you get the hang of it - just make sure you dont start thinning too close to your roots! You can also try to layer it with the thinning shears too, as this will also remove bulk.

Ha ha!!! Iasked a question before because my hair is falling out! have a perm done, tell them to do it wrong and then get them to redo it, that'll do the trick, it worked for me!!

Seriously - don;t do anything yourself, it's all about styling, get a good cut in an easy to manage style and make sure you spend time blow drying your hair, if your hair is straight, invest in a good pair of straighteners.

hairdressers have special scissors that make hair appear thinner ... your local hairdresser may do it for free if you ask or they may charge a small fee. If they don't do it how you want, change hairdressers.

i think you and me have the very same problem,lol,ive just asked nearly the same question above yours.i had my hair thinned today but doesn't seem to be nearly enough cause it's still out of control but hairdresser was reluctant to go any thinner,argh,its not like im gonna end up hairless cause i got a heap of it,lol.ive just brought a leave in hair moisturiser,so you could try this aswell otherwise im consider buying a hair straightner, or if all else fails someone has mentioned in my question having it bonded,not too sure what this entails but im bout to do a google search to find out...

Get Herbal esscence hair straightner shampoo and conditionar, then get some sunsilk straightening stuff. then use got2b root to tip hair slickner, it makes is really soft and smooth and thins it out alot,

ask for choppy layers, they make your hair thinner because you can't maintain choppy layers with massively thick hair, and also, you could tell your stylist to make it thinner

Why would you want to THIN your hair??? Some people would die for thicker hair! All you have to do is know how to style it properly, and work with your hair. Try volumised looks. Learn to love your hair the way it is...xx

Do not stop eating, it can't be that drastic :) some people would KILL to have thick hair. just leave it. get some layers and have it thinned out a little bit, but remember you will have nothing to work with if it's too thin :) x hope I helped x
