How else can i thin/tame my hair?

I have really think wavey hair, I've had my hair thinned and layered in the past. I can get my hair straight but I seem unable to get my hair to get my hair tame. It just wants to well be static to the sky. Are their any products anyone can reccomended to get my hair thinner and tame?

One of the best kinds of things used to tame your hair is Sunsilk. For you, I'd say get the purple one, the Straightener. DO NOT use the shampoo/conditioner though, it will extremely dry out your hair and scalp. Just get the regular cream that's in [I believe] a 6 oz. bottle.
