Any product for thin hair that makes it smooth and silky without making it look greasy and oily?

My hair is very thin and it always gets knotty. it's also naturally pin straight, so it has no volume what-so-ever. It looks great after I spend an hour on it, but then loses the freshness within an hour or so...any suggestions?

Hey- I know this may seem really weird and you did not indicate if you had dandruff or not, but Head%26amp;Shoulders actually works really well! I'm not sure what it can do to your hair if you don't have dandruff, but I can't imagine that it's bad. I really love bumble and bumble- and if you're not on a budget-definitely invest in it. And if you like smelly shampoos- I recommend using "Sweet Pea" from Bath and Body Works. There's a volumizing shampoo and conditioner, and when there's a sale {( which right now, I believe it's their semi-annual sale )} it goes for ten dollars for both the shampoo and conditioner combined. It smells amazing and makes your hair really soft and smells great throughout the whole day. I hope this helps!
