im a guy who has always had little and thin hair, is there anything out there that would help? thanks

You can look into herbal supplements. There is a hair supplement at Sunflower Market or Whole Foods that carry those. No stimulants, or drugs- all natural.

If you were born with hair like this, it might be genetic. It could be hormonal in nature and so check with your doc on that.

But, if I was a guy and had thinning hair here is what I would do...it is all about style. :) And attitude. Get a buzz cut, grow a goatee with mustache thing, wear some hot gear, maybe get a tat and piercing and go build a little arm and chest muscle...look at Vin Diesel (sp?) or for a thinner more intellectual guy...and older..check out the guy of Star Trek -the captain..there is prob other guys...ditch the thin air...go bald or buzz cut with attitude :) Takes guts tho and I wish ya lots of luck. You can also resort to surgery...but I think it is less pricey to just get a buzz cut :) Plus think...no more worries abot hair care products.

Hmm.. My suggestion is to get a perm... Not necessarily curly like girls hair, you can go to a hairstylist and ask them..

Cause by perming your hair it does looks a lot thicker, so maybe you can go for messy style kind of perming..
