Do a pixie cut! (Think Natalie Portman). This will work especially well if you have fine features and a small face. I have very thin hair and I wore my hair this way for 10 years...I loved it! It's also a very easy style to dress up or down and it's very easy to deal with on a day to day basis.

side fringe and layers

dye dark brown with streaks ( golden honey blond)

two side fringes and layer

cut realy short and messy it about

or trim , layer and get a fork fringe which would look really hot ( its on the parada catwalk this winter by the way )

Sometimes having black hair, like me as well is quite boring, try to color it blonde! before making any changes in hair style, maybe you wanna try short and boyish cut, but if you color it blonde you will look more energetic and young~
